When new users sign up on the Skip Your Broker app or website, they are required to provide the following consents before completing registration:
- Terms & Privacy Agreement: Users must check a box agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before continuing.
- SMS Consent: Users must check a box stating:
“I consent to receive SMS messages about my orders. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
These checkboxes are mandatory and users cannot complete registration without providing explicit consent.

SMS messages are used only to send account updates, order status notifications, and service alerts. Message frequency varies based on order activity, but users can expect transactional messages related to their bookings.
Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. To receive help, users may reply HELP. Standard carrier rates apply.
